Chris Boshoff is the Founder and Director of MCT Group (Pty) Ltd. He initially studied at Stellenbosch University and obtained a B.Com degree in Law & Economics. During the 7 years he worked in Legal & Credit for Standard Bank, he also completed an Associate Diploma in Banking and a Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice.
After leaving Standard Bank in 1997, he started his own legal collections practice and completed his B. Proc degree. After this, he branched into property development and management, as well as town planning and property valuations. He is a registered valuer with SACPVP, Town Planner with SACPLAN, and an estate agent with EAAB.
Chris obtained a B.Com (Hons) degree in Property Valuation & Management in 2019 and is currently in the final year of his Master’s degree in Town and Regional Planning at the University of Pretoria.
He has been working for his account and consulting in various roles within the property industry over the past 25 years. He is an excellent problem solver with vast knowledge and experience in all facets of property and related issues.
Originally born in Cape Town, Les spent his youth and early working years in Zambia. After marrying, he returned to South Africa in the ’70s to start his family. His in-laws were involved in managing the local building society which saw Les finding his feet as an estate agent in the East Rand. Over the past 50 years, he has sold over 500 properties. In 1978 he qualified as a valuer and is registered with SACPVP as a Professional Associate Valuer, and is a member of the SA Institute of Valuers. He is a registered appraiser for The Master of Court and deceased estates. Les has gained extensive experience in valuing Residential, Industrial, and Commercial Properties.
He enjoys being active and had completed 12 Comrades marathons and over 100 marathons before hanging up his running shoes. He enjoys working with people and is highly networked.
